Gagandeep's academic journey began with her secondary education at a Government School. With an early interest in technology, she went on to complete a Diploma in Computer Engineering, followed by a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Engineering. She later expanded her academic background into management, completing postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management from city university London.

Alongside her literary work, Gagandeep has continued her passion for technology and digital creativity through website design and development.
